Cultures of the world united to create a stunning mask map while adventurers delved into the fascinating world of bees. Melodies were created from household rubbish as explorers searched the hinterland for a myriad of feathered friends. All of these seemingly disparate events took place under just one roof, that of the Wells Way Pop Up; the glorious former library at the heart of Burgess Park in South London as we flung the doors wide open and welcomed the extravaganza that is Fun Palaces.

Children of all ages were very excited by the musical and visual creations of Alex; and after having a taste of animation using the nostalgia inducing overhead projector many got extremely busy with scissors to create some wonderful cut out characters.

The Palace in all it’s glory; continuing the mission to celebrate the genius of everybody!
